Saven Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015,
inter alia, has declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 @ Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) per share (representing 20%) on the equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up.
The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before December 09, 2015.
