Pursuant to Regulation 40(10) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we send herewith a certificate from a practising Company Secretary for the half year period ended 31st March, 2018 for your information and records.
We would like to inform you that the Company has adopted Financial Year April - March as per Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company has already informed the Stock Exchanges on 22nd February, 2018.
We would further like to inform you that the Company was earlier following the Financial Year January to December pursuant to which it had filed a certificate under the aforesaid Regulation for the half year ended 31st December, 2017 on 19th January, 2018.
Due to change in financial year of the Company, we are once again submitting requisite certificate as aforesaid to align with Regulation 40(10) of the Listing Regulations, 2015.
