Archit Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, has decided to deal in Agro based organic chemicals and to undertake the said activities in separate division namely, ?Agro Division?.
Shri Kandarp K. Amin, Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company have been authorized to take appropriate actions in the said matter.
