Shree Shaleen Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
In connection with the above, as per the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specific persons from May 22, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
