JCT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016, after Limited Review and any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the end of the day of August 04, 2016 and would end after 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results.
