ABG Infralogistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Companys Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to the Companys 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', Company informed that the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 19, 2014 to the closure of business hours of May 31, 2014.
