NDR Auto Components: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 And 42 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

In continuation to our intimation made on May 29 2023 with respect to outcome of the Board Meeting including date of Annual General Meeting and Book Closure dates this is informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 13th July 2023 to 19th July 2023 (both days inclusive) with cut-off date as 12th July 2023 for the purpose of Annual General Meetingand payment of Dividend.You are requested to take the same on record.
