Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 9th December, 2017, at Shree Ram Mills Premises, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013, to transact the following business to Consider and adopt Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter and half Year ended 30th September, 2017 and any Other Matter with the Permission of Chairmen.

Further pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the companys Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for the dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 4th December 2017 to 11th December 2017 (both days inclusive).
