Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that Valiant Infrastructure limited, a subsidiary of the Company has entered into agreement Tejas Networks Limited, Bangalore, to provide services of Installation and Commissioning of E1 PDH Multiplexer equipment, for a gross consideration of exceeding Rs. 400 Lac.
