Parth Alluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Company pursuant to provision of Section 203 read with rule 8 Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial personnel) Rules, 2014 and Clause 47(a) of Listing Agreement and on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has nominated Ms. Mauli Bhatt who is an Associate Member of the institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer with effect from May 28, 2015.
