With reference to earlier letter dated March 19, 2015, regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on March 27, 2015, Koa Tools India Ltd has now informed BSE that in addition to the agenda items referred to in the aforesaid letter of the Company, the Board will also consider and approve the Appointment of Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of Section 149 (I) of the Companies Act, 2013.
