(2) E-Voting Period from 25.09.2017 (9.00 A.M.) to 27.09.2017 (5.00 P.M.)
(3) CS. Arvind Meena has been appointed as the Scrutinisers for the E-voting and Poll at the AGM to be held on 28.09.2017.
(4) Shri Ashok Omprakash Agrawal (DIN 07870578) was appointed as the Additional Director in the category of Independent Director.
