Pursuant to requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with other applicable provisions if any we would like to inform that shareholders of the Company in their meeting held on July 23 2015 had appointed Mr. K. C. Jani as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a term up to September 17 2019. Accordingly tenure of Mr. K. C. Jani has been completed on
September 17 2019 and hence he is ceased to be director of the company effective from September 18 2019.
