Nelco Ltd has informed BSE that as per the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities, as required under the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading will be closed between December 23, 2015 through January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Company will intimate its designated employees regarding the closure of the trading window from December 23, 2015 to January 31, 2016.
