As per the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ( Code of Conduct for Insider Trading ), the Trading Window for insiders will remain closed on and from February 06, 2019 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the financial results for quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 to be considered at the Board meeting to be held on 13th February, 2019.
