The Board in its meeting held today have approved the issuance of equity shares of the Company (theEquity Shares) for an amount upto Rs.200 00 00 000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) by wayof a Rights Issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to bedetermined and notified subsequently) in accordance with all applicable laws.
