1.The Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30/06/2017 along with the Limited Review report.
2.The Board considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee has approved the appointment of M/s. J.V.Ramanujam & Co., Chartered accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years with effect from the financial year 2017-2018.
3.The Board has approved the appointment of M/s. KBR & Co., Chartered accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company
4.The Board fixed the venue of Annual General Meeting of the Company, 27th September, 2017 and the books of the Company to remain closed from 21st September, 2017 to 27th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
