Adani Power Ltd has informed BSE that Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. (CARE) has revised its ratings as under:
1. For Long Term Bank Facilities (Rupee Term Loan - Phase IV): from CARE A-(SO) [Single A Minus (Structured Obligation)] to CARE BBB+ (SO) [Triple B Plus (Structured Obligation)], and
2. For other Long Term Bank Facilities : from CARE BBB (Triple B) to CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus).
