The Company has nothing to report from its end toBSE Limited (the Exchange) related to significant movement in the price/volume behaviourof the scrip of the Company in the recent past and there is no material relevantinformation/event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company whichrequires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations 2015 (the LODR Regulations). Therefore whatever the price movement of the Companys shares in the Exchange is purelydue to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Management of the Companyis in no way connected with any such price movement.
