The notice to shareholders is in respect of the proposed transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF) in accordance with Rule 6 of the IEPF Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 and amendments thereof. We request you to take the above on record and note the compliance under relevant provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR).
