Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we hereby enclose the copies of Notice pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company to IEPF Account published on 9th June 2025 in Business Standard (English) & Aajkal (Bengali) pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 read with IEPF Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016.
