In view of the consideration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and in pursuance of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from 21st January, 2019 and will end on 2nd February, 2019 for Insiders covered therein.
