Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the text of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
Further, in terms of Abbott India Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
