Tarang Projects & Consultant: Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Tarang Projects & Consultant Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.

Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company shall be closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f November 07, 2015.

The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
