Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kuldeep Puri as Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2013 for a period of one year i.e. upto May 31, 2014 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
