MANJEERA CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2021 inter alia to consider and approve We would like to bring to your kind attention that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday the 13th day of November 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Statements and Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2021 along with other matters.
Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the closure of trading window has already commenced from 30th September 2021 and shall continue till 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2021.
