Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018 Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and for Fair Disclosure 2019 has been formulated by the Company by amending the existing Code in this regard and replacing the same effective from 01.04.2019. The said Code was approved and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company through Circulation on 29th March 2019.
