To Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and alteration of capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to shareholders approval.2. To consider and approve for the issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to Promoter/Promoter group and Non Promoter investors. The decision of the Board shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders.3. Any other Business matter with the permission of the Chair.
