This is to inform you that in compliance with the requirement of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended to date, the Company has sent communication to all concerned shareholders whose dividend remain unclaimed for last seven years from the date it became due for payment and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the account of Investor Education and Protection Fund for Final Dividend 2010-2011, at their latest available address.
The Company has also published Notice in Financial Express and Loksatta newspapers on August 04, 2018, for transfer of Equity Shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund, copy enclosed.
