Cimmco Ltd has informed BSE that The Paid Up Share Capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 20,14,85,260/- to Rs. 45,14,85,260/- divided in to 2,01,48,526 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and 2,50,00,000- 8% Non Cumulative Non Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to allotment of the latter by the Committee of Directors (which had been delegated the power for the purpose ) at its meeting held on June 28, 2014.
