This is to inform that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window will remain closed from 1st January 2020 til the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
