The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.65 per equity share for the financial year 2019-20 subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for the financial year 2019-20 paid in March 2020.
