1. To discussed and approve the Fourth Quarter Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review by statutory auditors) of Quarter ended March 31, 2015.
2. To discussed and approve the Appointment of 'M/s. K. Majumdar & Associates' as Cost Auditor for Financial Year 2015-16 i.e. Year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To discussed and approve the Appointment of 'M/s. Sushil Tiwari & Associates? as Secretarial Auditor for Financial Year 2015-16 i.e. Year ended March 31, 2016.
4. To discussed and approve the Appointment of 'M/s. G. L. Singhal & Co.' as Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2015-16 i.e. Year ended March 31, 2016.
