In compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company (Code) the Trading Window shall be closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company as defined in the Code for dealing in securities of the Company from Wednesday 1st April 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ending on 31st March 2020.
The date for declaration of the financial results for the Quarter and Year ending on 31March 31 2020 shall be announced in due course.
