Consequent to receipt of confirmation from Regional Director Western Region Ministry of Corporate affairs vide its order dated 12th August 2021 for shifting of registered office from Union territory of Daman & Diu to State of Gujarat and consequently Clause II of Memorandum of association stands altered i.e. II. The Registered Office of the Company will be situated in the State of Gujarat.
