Please find enclosed herewith copy of unaudited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2020 along with Limited Review Report as per the prescribed format pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
