We hereby inform that in terms of the Special Resolution passed by the members of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 January 2019 and in accordance with the In-Principle Approval granted by the BSE Limited (vide its letter reference no. DCS/PREF/BA/PRE/3454/2018-19 dated 21 January 2019) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (vide its letter reference no. NSE/LIST/19693 dated 15 January 2019), the Board of Directors today i.e. 04 February 2019, allotted 23,49,940 Convertible Warrants to Investors mentioned.
