Further as intimated earlier vide our letter dated June 24 2026 we inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (RMTLs Insider Trading Code) by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday July 1 2026 upto Sunday August 9 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results (Stand & Conso.) for the quarter ended on June 30 2026.
