1.The Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal Non-Executive Non Independent Professional Director as the Chairman of the Company in place of Mr. Anoop Kumar Bansal Managing Director of the Company with effect from 04th August 2021
2.The Board has approved the appointed of Mr. Sunil Dutt Bhatt as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 04th August 2021 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other statutory/regulatory approvals.
3.The Board took note of the resignation of the Mr. Kishore Kumar Bansal from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 02nd August 2021
4.The Board approved the revision in the Directors Report for the Financial Year 2020-21.
5.The Board approved the revision in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14th September 2021
