This is to inform that as per Companys Code of Conduct and SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated persons i.e. Directors Promoters Designated employees and Insiders/ Connected persons with effect from October 1 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.
