Moser Baer India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2016, has transacted the following:
1. The Board of Directors has decided to close the current financial year on March 31, 2016 (for a period of 15 months) to align Financial Year as per Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board of Directors has nominated existing Chief Financial Officer Mr. Yogesh Bahadur Mathur as Chief Financial Officer under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
