Further in accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all the Officers and Designated Persons from April 01st 2021 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31st 2021 i.e. till end of business hours on July 02nd 2021 in normal circumstances. However in respect to the quarter ended June 30th 2021 the trading window would again close from July 01st 2021. Hence there would be no re-opening of the trading window which shall stand remain closed from July 01st 2021 till 48 (Forty-Eight) after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30th 2021.
