Indus Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2013 to September 26, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2013.
If the shareholders approve the dividend recommended by the Board in the said meeting it will be paid on before October 25, 2013.
