With reference to earlier announcement dated August 11, 2015, regarding Financial Results & Limited Review Report for June 30, 2015 (Standalone) NCL Industries Ltd has now informed BSE about a Revised Un-audited Financial Results Due to following:
'With ref.to above results published today, we regret to inform that erroneously Cash and diluted EPS figures relating to 30th June, 2014 were published as 6.81 & 5.53 instead of (3.34) and (5.53) respectively.
The corrected Un-Audited Financial Results for the Q.E.30th June, 2015 are reposted here for its publication. The error is regretted.'
