This is to inform the Exchange that pursuant to special resolution passed by the members of the Company in the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30 2019 and in- principle approvals received from NSE and BSE on 4th & 23rd October 2019 respectively the Board of Directors of the Company has today approved allotment of 21 19 688 equity shares of the Company to Mr. Kishore Annapureddy and Ms. Nishitha Nagireddy Promoters of Gamooga Softtech Private Limited (Preferential Allotment) in relation to acquisition of 100% of the equity shares (Sale Shares) of Gamooga Softtech Private Limited.
