We hereby state that the Company has been complying with all the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and has been and will be promptly intimating the exchanges the information pertaining to the operation/ performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information.
To our knowledge there is no such information that requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and which has not been announced by the Company to the Exchange.
While evaluating the reason for the spurt in volume of shares of the Company we observed that some routine research reports have been published by certain agencies based on their own analysis of Companys information which is already available in public domain. This might be a likely reason for the spurt in volume.
