Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that remuneration committee of the Company on May 13, 2013, has allotted 12750 Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Companys ESOP Scheme 2006.
Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 24,48,56,636/- consisting of 12,24,28,318 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 244,882,136 consisting of 122,441,068 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
