With reference to above subject and as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations 2015 with amendments of 2018 we hereby inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities by Designated persons of the Company as per the Code of Conduct shall remain close from 01st July 2019 till 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial result for the quarter ending on 30th June 2019.
Please note that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Un-audited quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30 2019 shall be communicate in due course of time.
Accordingly all the designated persons i.e. Directors Key Managerial Personnel Designated Employees Immediate relatives of respective persons and other designated person as per the policy are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading window.
