Orient Press Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Prerna Somani has resigned from the post of Whole time Company Secretary (Compliance Officer). The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities effective from close of business hours on June 30, 2016. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Ms. Prerna Somani also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
