Intellvisions Software Ltd has informed BSE that that the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of Aurionpro Solutions Limited have held their respective meetings held on March 27, 2014, based on the recommendation of their Audit Committee approved the following:
1. The Scheme of Amalgamation of Intellvision Software Limited with Aurionpro Solutions Ltd.
2. The Share Exchange Ratio, i.e. for every 250 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Intellivison Software Limited , 33 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Aurionpro Solutions Limited shall be issued.
